Chamonix Mont-Blanc: The Alps Experience

Chamonix Mont-Blanc, one of the oldest ski resorts in France and is heaven for ski lovers. It took me an hour and a half to reach this picturesque village coming from Geneva, Switzerland. The tour I bought in Viator was quite costly at $120 plus the cable car ride which costs additional 25-30 euros, but believe me it is worth the experience! Originally the planned was to try to ski here but after I injured my leg during a practice in Dubai, I realised that it takes time to learn it and it’s something that is not for everyone. Also, the time I came was not the ski season yet , so I just enjoyed the cool breezy air and the panoramic view of the french alps instead.

I was hoping it will snow the time I went there but it didn’t, good thing there were areas with snow patches and I was still able to experience it!

It didn't snow but still had the chance to step on it! 😁

  • Snow Experience done!

Aside from the Alps experience, our tour guide brought us to a nearby lake to have another view of the place and it was beautiful. I really felt that I was on the other side of the world. It is such a rewarding experience to see God’s wonderful creations.

Went hiking during the tour in Chamonix. Amazing views everywhere.
